LS42.5 Roller can lug installation

The roller can lug is connected with the lifting vessel with bolts. The positions of the three roller can lugs relative to the tank passage are adjusted to ensure that the gap is consistent with the tank passage (the gap is about 2mm). The axial line is horizontal and the radial center line is perpendicular to the tank surface.

LS42.5 Roller can ears for use

According to the wear condition of the roller, the roller should be adjusted by loosening the screw lock nut and turning the screw to make the roller close to the tank path with a gap of 0 ~ 2mm. After adjustment, tighten the lock nut.
