Introduction to chain cart machine

Chain cart is mostly installed in shaft head, drift and small slope transportation lane to realize the function of pushing and pulling harvesters in short distance.

Operating principle of mechanical part of chain cart machine

(1) The trolley is powered by a hydraulic motor with low speed and large torque. The hydraulic motor drives the chain wheel of the trolley to rotate backwards and forwards. The chain wheel further drives the chain drive, and the chain traction push claw or pull claw realize the function of pushing and pulling harvesters.

(2) Push claw to carry out the function of the cart, the place of the cart is the meeting of the mining car.

(3) pull jaw to carry out the function of car transport, transport car, pull jaw lifted, pull car parts for the car baffle or axle.
